Sailing since he was 5 years old, Alfredo has been an active sailor for more than 25 years. He started as an Optimist sailor, competing at several Southamerican and World Championships. He also won the National Championship in Opti Team Racing. He has also sailed Lasers, 470, Sunfish, ORC and Lightning Class, where he has obtained three podium positions at the Lightning Class Southamerican Championship, and obtained the Southamerican Championship in 2019 with Julio Velez and Irene Suarez. Alfredo is currently sailing Lightning Class and ORC racing on board a Swan 45, performing as mainsail trimmer/tactician and occasional skippering.Best Results
